This public offer (the “Offer”) is made by Cloudspatium Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). By accessing, viewing, or utilising the Offer, you (the “User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this document (the “Terms of Use”).

The User agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use by accessing, viewing, or utilising the Offer. If the User does not agree to all of the Terms of Use, then the User may not access, view, or utilise the Offer.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

##8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms of Use or the Offer shall be governed by the laws of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

##9. Assignment

The Company may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use and upon such assignment the Company shall be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.

##10. Entire Agreement

This Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between the User and the Company with respect to the Offer.

##11. No Waiver

The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision in these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by the Company in writing.
